β Step 1: Open the Voices Tab
From your dashboard, click Voices in the left-hand menu.
β Step 2: Add a New Voice
Click Add New Voice, then fill in all required fields such as:
Voice Name
Tone style
Any custom writing instructions
β Step 3: Save Your Voice
Once you're finished, click Save.
Your new voice will now appear in your Voices list.
β Step 4: Activate in Campaigns
After saving, the new voice must be activated before it becomes available inside your campaigns.
Once activated, it will appear in the Voice Selector inside your campaign settings.
β οΈ Step 5: Campaigns Created Before the Voice Was Added
If the campaign already existed before the new voice was created:
The new voice will not appear automatically in that campaign
This is expected β campaign voice options are locked in at the time of creation
To use the new voice in an existing campaign, you must contact us
π We will manually link the new voice to that campaign on the backend.
This prevents email rewriting conflicts and preserves existing tone consistency.

Creating multiple voices is a great way to A/B test tone styles, such as:
Friendly
Executive
Leadership-focused
Conversational vs. formal
