β Step 1: Open Voices from Settings
From your dashboard, click the Settings (βοΈ) icon in the left-hand menu.
Select Voices from the Settings menu.
β Step 2: Add a New Voice
Click Add New Voice, then fill in the required fields, including:
Voice name
Tone style
Any custom writing instructions
β Step 3: Save Your Voice
Once you're finished, click Save.
Your new voice will now appear in your Voices list.
β Step 4: Activate in Campaigns
After saving, the voice must be activated before it becomes available in campaigns.
Once activated, it will appear in the Voice Selector inside your campaign settings.
β οΈ Step 5: Campaigns Created Before the Voice Was Added
If a campaign already existed before this voice was created:
The new voice will not appear automatically in that campaign
This is expected β campaign voice options are locked at creation
π To apply the new voice to an existing campaign, contact us and weβll link it on the backend.
This prevents email rewriting conflicts and preserves tone consistency.

Creating multiple voices is great for A/B testing different tones, such as:
Friendly
Executive
Leadership-focused
Conversational vs. formal
