📄How to Add a New Profile on PodPitch

Adding a new profile in PodPitch allows you to start pitching a new client or brand. Follow these steps to create an inactive profile and prepare it for campaigns.

Step 1: Go to “Profiles”

From your left-hand dashboard menu, click Profiles.

Step 2: Click “Add Inactive Profile”

Select Add Inactive Profile at the top-right of your Profiles page.

Step 3: Fill Out the Profile Details

Complete all required fields, including:

  • Name

  • Last name

  • Title

  • Company

  • Biography

These details are used by PodPitch AI to write personalized outreach emails.

Step 4: Add Follower/Fan Details (Optional)

If the profile has more than 5,000 followers/fans, toggle this option ON.

Select the follower range from the dropdown.

Step 5: Add Audience Description

Include a short phrase describing who this person speaks to, such as:

  • “Busy working parents”

  • “Health-conscious millennials”

  • “Entrepreneurs scaling their first business”

Step 6: Click “Save”

Your new profile will now be saved as Inactive. If you want to activate this profile, assign it to an available seat.
