🎧How to Search Campaigns on PodPitch

You can easily search, filter, and navigate all your campaigns inside PodPitch. Whether you’re managing multiple clients or just trying to find a specific podcast within a campaign, here’s how to get where you need to go quickly.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Campaigns

From your dashboard, click the Campaigns tab in the left-hand menu.
This will display all your campaigns.

2. Use the Search Bar

At the top of the Campaigns page, you can search for campaigns using:

  • Campaign title

  • Keywords

  • Email address

You’ll also see:

  • Non-Archived Tab: All active and inactive campaigns you can enable in Smart or Manual mode

  • Archived Tab: Campaigns you’ve archived and may choose to delete permanently

3. Select a Campaign

Click the campaign you want to work in.

4. Search Within the Campaign

Inside the selected campaign, use the search bar to look for a specific podcast by name.

5. View Podcast Details

When you select a podcast from the results, details will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, showing key info such as:

  • Podcast description

  • Host information

  • Status inside your campaign
