Step 1: Open Search & List
From your dashboard, click Search & List in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Enter Your Keyword
Type a topic such as “amusement parks,” “sustainability,” or “entrepreneur mindset.”
PodPitch will find podcasts that focus on that subject.
Step 3: Refine Your Filters
Remove countries you don’t want (for example, deselect UK, Canada, or Worldwide)
Choose your preferred listener range
Exclude podcasts already in your campaigns
Then click Search.
Step 4: Review And Adjust
Your results will show podcasts that match your keyword and filters.
You can also adjust search settings on the left to change audience size or location.
Step 5: Expand With “Find Similar Podcasts”
If you find a show that’s a perfect fit, click Find Similar Podcasts to instantly discover more like it.
💡 Tip
Broad keywords often work better than long phrases — try “travel” or “marketing” instead of full sentences.
