🔍 How to Search & Browse Databases in PodPitch

In PodPitch, Search & Lists is no longer a separate button. Instead, search is now fully integrated into My Databases, giving you one powerful place to browse podcasts, journalists, and newsletters.

Written by Mandy

You can explore all databases, but pitching is limited to the services included in your plan.

📍 Where to Find Search in the New Dashboard

  1. Click the Databases icon in the left-hand menu

  2. Select My Databases

  3. Choose the database that matches your plan:

    • Podcast Pitching

    • Journalist Pitching

    • Newsletter Pitching

From here, you can start searching and building lists.

🔓 Browsing vs Pitching Access

  • ✅ You can search and browse all databases

  • 🚫 You can only pitch from the databases you’re actively paying for

This allows you to research freely while keeping outreach aligned with your subscription.
