Step 1: Open the User Menu
Go to the user’s profile (e.g., Anne Marie).
Click the drop-down menu next to their name.
Step 2: Select Deactivate
From the menu, choose Deactivate.
If the user still has active campaigns, you’ll see a message such as:
“Please make sure to pause or turn off their campaigns before deactivating.”
Step 3: Review Campaign Windows
Some users may still be within an active campaign window.
Example: Jessie has 2 days left
Example: Sharonda has 5 days left
Confirm that campaigns are either paused or completed before finalizing deactivation.
Step 4: Replace with a New User (Optional)
Once a seat is freed up, you can add a new user to replace the deactivated one.
