PodPitch makes it easy to discover podcasts, review key details, and decide which shows are the best fit for your campaign. Here’s how to explore podcast information and understand when host emails become available.

Step 1: Search for a Podcast

  1. Click the Databases icon in your PodPitch dashboard

  2. Select My Databases

  3. Open the Podcast Database

  4. Click New Search

  5. Enter the podcast name or a related keyword and press Enter

You can browse millions of podcasts and select any result to explore further.

Step 2: View Podcast Details

Click on a podcast from the results to open its detail view.

You’ll see:

  • Podcast mission and description

  • Host name and category or topic

  • Social media links (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or X)

  • Audience and engagement insights

💡 These details help you decide whether a podcast is a strong fit before pitching.

Step 3: Add the Podcast to a Campaign

When you find a podcast that fits your goals:

  • Click Add to Campaign

  • Select the campaign you want to use

  • Confirm to add the podcast to your outreach list

PodPitch will handle sending your pitch using your campaign’s email template.

Step 4: When Host Emails Become Available

Podcast host email addresses are protected until engagement occurs.

Here’s how it works:

  • Before pitching: Contact details remain private

  • After pitching: PodPitch sends the email on your behalf

  • After a reply: The host’s email becomes visible in your inbox

This approach protects host privacy while allowing direct communication once they respond.
