✅ When Refunds Are Issued

We may issue refunds in cases such as:

  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)

  • System issues that prevented you from using the service properly

  • Approved cases under our Satisfaction Guarantee (only if the promotion was active at the time of purchase)

Refunds aren’t typically issued for change of mind or unused time unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.


📅 When to Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge.

Simply reach out to us using:

  • The chat in your dashboard

  • Emailing our Support Team

Please include:

  • The email on the account

  • The date of the charge

  • A short description of the issue


🔎 What’s Not Refundable

The following items are non-refundable unless specifically stated at purchase:

  • Digital downloads

  • Completed manual services

  • Custom work or concierge services

  • Any service marked non-refundable at checkout


⏱ How Long Refunds Take

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it has been submitted.
