Hereās how to fix it:
Step 1: Go to Profiles
Navigate to the Profiles tab from your dashboard.
Step 2: Add an Inactive Profile
Click Add Inactive Profile and create the new profile you want to add.
The system must have an available inactive profile before the Fill This Seat option becomes visible.
Step 3: Fill the Seat
Once the inactive profile is created:
You will now see the Fill This Seat button.
Click it and choose the new profile you'd like to activate in that seat.
