How to Search a Specific Podcast and Add It to Excluded List

  1. Navigate to PodPitch

    • Open your browser and go to PodPitch and log in to your account.

  2. Click "Search & Lists"

    • Find and click the Search & Lists option in the main menu.

  3. Click "New Search"

    • Start a new search by clicking the New Search button.

  4. Enter the Title, Episodes, or Host Name

    • In the search bar, type the podcast title, specific episodes, or host name.

    • Press Enter to display search results.

  5. Select the Podcast and Click the Box

    • From the search results, find the podcast you want to exclude.

    • Click the checkbox next to the podcast name to select it.

  6. Click "Ban"

    • After selecting the podcast, click the Ban button to add it to the excluded list.
      ​
      ​Note: Once a podcast is added to the excluded list, it will no longer appear in future campaign searches or recommendations. You can manage your excluded list in the Settings > Email Tab > Exclude Podcast section.
