Step 1: Navigate to Profiles
Log in to your PodPitch account.
From your dashboard, go to the Profiles tab.
Step 2: Select the Inactive Profile
Find the profile you want to delete.
Make sure it is inactive before continuing.
Step 3: Edit the Profile
Click the Edit button next to the profile name.
Step 4: Delete the Profile
Scroll down to the bottom of the edit page.
Locate the Delete option below the Save/Cancel buttons.
Click Delete to remove the profile permanently.
Important Notes
🚨 Once deleted, a profile cannot be recovered.
Double-check that you are deleting the correct profile before confirming.

💡 Tip: If you only want to pause a profile (to free up a seat), you can simply deactivate it instead of deleting.
