If you're seeing an "email connection expired" message in PodPitch, don't worry — this is usually quick to fix.
Step 1: Go to Connected Emails
Click Connected Emails in the left-hand menu.
Find the email address that needs attention.
Step 2: Reconnect Your Email
If your mailbox needs to be reconnected, you'll see either:
A Fix Now button (for mailboxes that require attention), or
A Reconnect option when opening the mailbox details.
Click the available option and follow the prompts.
Step 3: Complete Authentication
Sign in to your email provider (Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, IMAP, etc.).
Allow all requested permissions.
Complete the authentication process.
Once complete, your email connection will refresh automatically and your campaigns can resume sending normally.
💡 Important Notes
Reconnecting your email does not affect your campaigns, contacts, data, or previous emails.
If your mailbox shows a healthy status (for example, an A+ Health Grade), you may not see a Fix Now button.
In that case, open the mailbox and use the Reconnect option instead.
