If you’re seeing an “email connection expired” message in PodPitch, don’t worry — this is usually quick to fix.
You can refresh the connection directly from the Mailboxes section.
Step 1: Go to Email Settings
Click Settings
Click Email
Click Mailboxes
Step 2: Reconnect Your Email
You have two ways to refresh the connection:
Click the Reconnect button next to the email
OR
In the Let’s connect your email section:
Enter the same email address again
Continue with your provider (Google, Outlook, IMAP, etc.)
Step 3: Complete Authentication
Sign in to your email account
Allow all permissions when prompted
Once complete, your connection refreshes automatically and campaigns can resume normally.
💡 Tip:
This does NOT affect your campaigns, data, or sent emails — it simply refreshes the connection.
