To get you help faster and more accurately, we’ve introduced the PodPitch Call Interceptor — a smart guided flow that appears when you click any “Call” or “Live Help” button across the platform.

📍 Buttons Now Using the Call Interceptor

These buttons now route through the new support experience:

  • “Schedule a Free Call” inside the Buddy widget

  • “Get Live Help” (top-right of your dashboard)

  • “Live Help” inside campaign pages

Instead of immediately opening the call calendar, you’ll now be guided through a short, helpful assistance flow.

When you click any call/support button, you’ll follow a simple 4-step flow:

You’ll type a short summary of your issue or question.

2️⃣ Choose Your Urgency Level

This helps us triage and prioritize support properly.

3️⃣ Smart Follow-Up Questions

Our PodPitch Brain asks two dynamic questions based on your previous answer — helping us diagnose the issue immediately.

4️⃣ Instant Help From Finn

Finn then provides:

  • Step-by-step instructions

  • Troubleshooting guides

  • Relevant articles

  • Direct answers

This resolves many issues instantly, without needing a call.


✨ After That, You Choose What to Do Next

You’ll have three options:

  • Continue in chat if you still need help

  • Close the flow

  • Schedule a call if you'd still prefer one

This ensures you always get fast answers — and only book a call if necessary.
