How to Connect a Zoho Email Address to PodPitch

If your Zoho mailbox is not connecting to PodPitch, the issue is often related to two-factor authentication (2FA). Many Zoho accounts require an app-specific password instead of your normal mailbox password when connecting third-party apps like PodPitch.

Before Connecting

Please make sure:

  • IMAP is enabled in your Zoho Mail settings

  • You are using your full email address

  • You generate an app-specific password if 2FA is enabled

Recommended Zoho Settings

IMAP

  • Server: imap.zoho.com

  • Port: 993

  • Security: SSL

SMTP

  • Server: smtp.zoho.com

  • Port: 465

  • Security: SSL

Important Note

Using a custom domain email address (for example: [email protected]) is generally better for outreach credibility and deliverability than a free Gmail address.
